Resize Modes Explained

Stretch to fill: Signature fills the entire frame exactly — no white borders. Width and height match exactly. Best when the portal checks pixel dimensions strictly.

Fit + white background: Preserves the signature's natural proportions. White fills any gaps on sides or top/bottom. Best when you want the signature to look natural.

Fit + transparent (PNG only): Like above but gaps are transparent. Use only if the portal accepts PNG format.

How to Get a Good Signature Scan

• Sign on plain white A4 paper using a black or blue ballpoint pen — not gel or sketch pen
• Scan at 200 DPI or photograph in good bright light — no shadows
• Crop tightly around the signature before uploading here
• Avoid smudges — let the ink dry completely before scanning
